En3 have been appointed green consultants for the upcoming World Bank Country Office building in Juba, South Sudan. This 6500 sq ft compact office building for The World Bank will incorporate several natural and green materials and designs. This pioneering effort will be first of its kind in this region and showcase the benefits of environmental leadership to Heads of State in the region. The project is looking at incorporating water conservation and rain water harvesting techniques, high reflective roof, reused materials as well as materials with high recycled content and low VOC materials for enhanced indoor environment.
