En3 assisted Scope International Private Limited, Chennai to achieve LEED Gold for Existing Buildings. Scope's facility in Chennai becomes the first building in India to be certified under the O&M version of LEED EB. The project has achieved over 26% of energy savings and 41% of water savings in the last 9 months through various energy and water conservation measures to achieve the Gold rating under LEED EB O&M. In addition the campus has done various other sustainable measures including tracking their staff travel for Co2 emissions and offsetting through tree plantation drives, replacing paper coffee cups by mugs to reduce paper consumption and its Co2 footprint.
