En3 to consult for HPCL’s new Green R&D campus in Bangalore
En3 have been appointed consults to help design green and sustainable measures in the new green R&D campus being developed by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) in Devangunthi in Bangalore. The project comprises of a total development of around 110 acres and as a first phase the development would be around 35 acres and will consist of various laboratory buildings including Analytical Lab, Nano Lab, Catalysis Lab and other labs totalling to around 20 buildings including Administration Building and Cafeteria buildings. The project is pursuing a 5 Star Rating under the GRIHA Rating System and will incorporate various passive as well as active energy efficiency measures and other sustainable measures to make this an unique green campus and one of its kind in India.
