Energy & IAQ Audits

ASHRAE energy audits are powerful tools for understanding how a particular building is performing and what can be done to further improve the performance.

Data and inputs gathered from these audits is used to create a list of energy efficiency measures to help buildings conserve energy and lower operating expenses.

En3’s team of experts which include several BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) certified auditors and energy professionals have in-depth knowledge in various aspects and will be happy to perform various ASHRAE Level I, II and III audits and benchmark your building’s performance with EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager / BEE’s Energy performance index or any other established international benchmarks.

Our services will include; estimated energy and cost savings with various energy measures, recommendations on improvement of O&M practices and procedures, utilizing energy simulations to accurately predict building’s energy use and detailed payback calculations along with ROI to enable building owners to make informed decisions.

Also in addition to energy audits, we offer Indoor air quality audits (IAQ audits) for all existing and new buildings to ascertain the impact of the building on health and well-being of its occupants and what further can be done to improve the same.

In line with WELL building norms and ASHRAE IAQ requirements, we shall do complete air sampling and testing for buildings including measurements for CO, CO2, Ozone, Radon, TVOCs, Formaldehydes, PM2.5 and PM10, and other indoor pollutants and contaminants that affect human health.

In addition to IAQ testing, En3’s team of IAQ experts will also provide suitable improvement ideas and solutions to ensure that the building does not exceed thresholds as indicated in WELL Building and LEED Standards to maintain acceptable indoor environment.
